Mike Stokes

Mike Stokes coined the term "Ubiquitous Technical Surveillance" inside the U.S. government in 2017 and led the Intelligence Community working group that developed the concept. A Navy veteran, Mike spent a career at the CIA before joining Veilant, where he leads work on emerging technologies for UTS awareness and mitigation. He has testified before the Senate Armed Services Committee on the risks UTS poses to intelligence and military operations.
Dave Marsee

Dave Marsee is a Marine veteran with 25 years of experience in Signals Intelligence, Technical Counterintelligence, and Special Communications. He has trained, supported, and advised Federal Agencies, Special Mission Units, and US Embassy Teams worldwide on Tactical Signals Intelligence and the UTS threat.
